Top tier L-R: home-made chopped dried fruit mix (cranberries, sultanas, papaya, rockmelon, mango), some chunks of dried rockmelon (under the mixture), and a low-fat blueberry/oat cookie cut in half, nestled near the front. Snowpea sprouts, nori bite rice crackers, dry-roasted chickpeas (under the rice crackers), dry-roasted garlic green peas (yellow cup).

Bottom tier L-R: leftover punjab eggplant (a pre-made microwave dealy, was too lazy to cook properly!) with basmati rice.
