Bottom tier: rice with peas, mushrooms, capsicum and creamed corn, with a side salad of alfafa/onion sprouts and mung beans.
Top tier (L-R): bhuja mix, divider of tamari/sesame rice crackers, sultanas, and seedless grapes.
I then added some almonds because I had space left over. Overall assembly time was about 15 minutes, which I think is pretty good for a first attempt. Not very colourful or pretty, but once I’m back in Sydney I’ll have more access to fun Asian bits (not to mention being able to make sushi), and fresh fruit. Yum.
