Vegan Bento #2


Top tier (L-R): Orgran gluten-free chocolate biscuits, bhuja mix, tamari and black sesame rice crackers (used as divider), sultanas, seedless grapes, and snow-pea sprouts, with pistachio nuts used to fill in any spaces.

Bottom tier: It looks a bit weird because I had to slightly smush them to fit, but those are home-made avocado and seitan “chicken” maki rolls, on a bed of alfalfa.

I’ve actually been making bento every day for work, but when they are very similar (such as rice 3 days in a row) I don’t really see the point in uploading pictures.
