garlic, soy and sesame spinach

Not the best photo, my kitchen is too damn dark. You’re looking at steamed spinach with garlic, sesame and soy sauce ‘dressing’, and rice noodles (they just look like fettucine thanks to the shoyu). This is made following, more or less, a recipe from the cookbook Vegan Success.

Fun fact for the day: did you know that ‘satay’ refers to any food cooked on a skewer? It actually has nothing to do with peanut sauce. I did not know this.
