Today’s bento was kind of a secondary meal box, because I treated myself to a bought lunch (Subway veggie delight, mmmmm, though they never put enough pepper on it!). So back to the Monokuro bento!
Top tier L-R: home-made mixture of diced dried fruit (mango, papaya, rockmelon and sultanas), ‘nori bite’ rice crackers on top of dry-roasted chickpeas.
Bottom tier L-R: bhuja mix (orange cup), purple grapes, carrots and snowpea sprouts along the edge, dry-roasted garlic green peas (yellow cup).
Assorted: seasoned nori, lychee gummy, blueberry hard sweet, and a Pink Lady apple.
