Top tier L-R: dry-roasted chickpeas, strawberry (yellow cup), red grape, snowpea sprouts, home-made chopped dried fruit mix (papaya, sultanas, rockmelon, mango; under the snowpea sprouts), nori bite rice crackers.

Bottom tier: a variation on my tofu scramble recipe. It involves loads of mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, red capsicum, curry powder and paprika.

Assorted: V8 juice box, apple and banana (not shown), probably also a fruit bar.

  1. Wow, I always forget how small these things are until I see the grapes and strawberries.

    I’m glad you included recipes for your scrambled tofu and spinach – I always love trying new things.

    (And I followed your simple ‘how to make curry’ instructions by the way and my spinach/chickpea/mushroom/pea curry came out delicious 😀 Thank you)
