Top tier: half a pita pocket filled with homemade mock tuna/chickpea spread (I can post the recipe if anyone’s interested, it’s mighty delicious!), mayonnaise, pepper and rocket. Garnished with carrot flowers and snowpeas.
Bottom tier L-R: seedless purple grapes and blueberries, sultanas, homemade dried fruit mix (papaya, rockmelon, pineapple, mango), some raw cashews, chickpea crisps, dry-roasted green peas (cat cup).
