Vegan Bento #28

Top tier: Thai-style peanut stir-fry with baby corn, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, carrot, bean sprouts, pak choy and broad rice noodles.

Bottom tier L-R: dried pineapple, raw cashews, TVP jerky (yellow cup), purple grapes and sultanas.

Since that wasn’t a dreadfully colourful/exciting bento (again, cupboard was almost empty), here’s a snap of some of my new accessories, which are featured in later posts:

  2. Textured Vegetable Protein (i.e. soy). It’s supposed to be like fake beef jerky – tastes nothing like beef jerky, but it’s delicious in its own right, and fun to eat, since it’s super chewy
