Sorry the picture’s a little dark – did you notice the awesome “joyful pig” bowl? Asian supermarket for the win. 🙂
The stir-fry comprised: seitan ‘chicken’, hard tofu (way better than just firm), rice noodles, a whole bok choy, onion, capsicum, carrot, baby sweetcorn, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and possibly more vegetables that I don’t recall. The sauce is ‘Yackandanda’ brand Thai peanut sauce, with added peanut butter.
This was possibly one of the most delicious things I’ve ever made.
